If you’re like most customers, you have questions about timing, trust, and what happens if the truck is late. We’ve got you covered.
What if my trash truck comes at a different time each week?
We build in early and late buffers based on your hauler’s historic patterns. On your first few service days we track actual pickup times, then lock in a curb window that reliably beats the truck.
Do you service recycling and yard waste bins too?
Yes. Most plans include up to three bins per household, and we can include trash, recycling, or yard waste in any combination your hauler supports.
How do I pause service when I’m out of town?
Just text or email us at least 24 hours before your pickup. We’ll pause your route, adjust your billing, and resume on the day you return. For long trips, our vacation coverage keeps bins tidy without signaling you’re gone.
Will you enter my garage or fenced area?
We follow your preferences exactly. Some customers leave bins at the side gate; others share a code or key. We maintain strict privacy and never access parts of your property you haven’t explicitly approved.
Are you insured and background checked?
Yes. The Bin Running Brothers are fully insured, and every team member is vetted and trained on respectful, low-noise operation in residential neighborhoods.
Can you coordinate with a bin cleaning service?
Absolutely. We love clean bins. We’ll stage your bins for your cleaning provider and bring them back when everything is sparkling and fresh.
